¡The rectifier bridge is used in an
electronic circuit converting alternating current into direct current. Also
known as bridge or Graetz
circuit, in reference to its creator, the German physicist Leo Graetz
(1856-1941)
¡Consists of four common diodes, which
convert a signal with positive and negative parts in a positive signal only. A
simple diode would keep the positive side, but the bridge also takes advantage
of the downside
